Khyo Labs Privacy Policy for Atlassian Marketplace apps

Who we are

Khyo Labs ("we") builds apps for Atlassian Jira Cloud, including Khyo Chat Alerts for Jira and Zoom Team Chat and Khyo Chat Alerts for Jira and Google Chat. Contact: support@khyo.com.

What the apps handle

When an admin sets up a notification rule, the app reads the Jira issue data needed for that rule (issue key, summary, status, priority, assignee and reporter display names, link, and comment text if the rule includes comments).

Where it is stored

The apps run on Atlassian Forge. Rules, settings, encrypted webhook credentials, and a 30-day delivery log are stored in Atlassian's Forge storage. Khyo Labs does not run its own servers for these apps and does not copy your Jira data to them.

Who receives it

The apps send the notification content you configure to the chat service you connect (Zoom Team Chat or Google Chat). That service handles the data under its own terms and privacy policy.

What we do not do

We do not sell data, use it for advertising, or use it to train AI models.

Retention and deletion

Delivery log entries are deleted after 30 days. Uninstalling the app removes its Forge-stored data under Atlassian's Forge data deletion process.

Support access

If you open a support request, we only see what you choose to share with us.

Contact support@khyo.com for questions or requests about your data. We are not responsible for data held by Zoom, Google, or Atlassian under their own policies.
